About Chloe
I’m a proud native Okie who lives in Boston with my husband and Italian Greyhound.
I’m currently working in a corporate role for a global company where I establish strong relationships to support a cross-functional company-wide initiative. Pairing my communications and empathetic leadership skills with my change management expertise, I serve as a trusted Core Team member to advise on a major behavior change for thousands of employees.
Prior to my corporate experience, I worked at advertising, marketing and public relations agencies. “Agency life” provided an accelerated crash course in many areas, where I developed as a multi-faceted and flexible team player. I learned to accomplish varying duties, stretching my comfort zone, juggling countless competing priorities. No job was too big or too small. I grew in effectiveness and efficiency - acquiring the hard lessons of experience. I eagerly collected new profiencies and grew into an empathetic leader and trusted mentor. In my last agency role, I began as an account executive and matured into the director of account services, serving more than 50+ clients.
Being at an agency provided the challenge of constantly encountering new clients. I gained a breadth of knowledge across countless industries and the ability to jump headlong into a new client’s business, identifying issues and creating solutions. From global B2B clients to local B2C clients, from tech startups to nonprofits, I embraced every opportunity to learn. My inherent curiosity and eagerness to deliver results, it was my commitment to become an informed expert and serve as a trusted partner that achieved goals.
My experience has expanded my proficiency in a number of areas, including: media pitching and training, marketing strategy, change management, crisis communications, project management, scriptwriting, content creation, influencer marketing, public affairs, and event planning.
I am a fitness and wellness advocate. As a fitness instructor for over 5 years, I motivated others to live a more active and healthy lifestyle. Although I no longer teach, I move daily and encourage family and friends to adopt healthy habits.
Living a life of worth beyond my career is equally important. I find inspiration from women who endured, persevered, and triumphed. I respond to opportunities to encourage, challenge, and support women into becoming their best selves. I proudly served on the Girls on the Run board and was honored to support such an important cause to motivate young women to be confident and strong leaders. Today, I am a volunteer at Women’s Foundation of Boston and a founding member of Boston Women in Business for Good.
